Arizer Air Mouthpiece

Premium OEM Replacement Tip

The genuine Arizer Air Mouthpiece is the essential replacement tip designed specifically for your threaded short-tip glass aroma tubes. If you want to restore your Arizer portable vaporizer to its peak performance, this OEM part is a must-have accessory from ZVaporizer Australia. Ideal for everyday vapers seeking to maintain a clean, comfortable, and highly efficient setup, it ensures you continue to enjoy the cool, pure, and flavorful vapor that Arizer devices are famous for.

Key Features & Vapor Performance

This replacement mouthpiece tip plays a crucial role in your vapor path. By screwing directly onto the Arizer short-tip glass aroma tubes, it creates an airtight seal that optimizes airflow and prevents vapor leakage. The ergonomic design helps dissipate heat, cooling the vapor before it reaches your lips. Because it pairs seamlessly with Arizer's signature borosilicate glass stems, it helps preserve the clean, untainted flavor profile of your dry herbs without adding any unwanted plastic taste.

Build Quality & Ergonomics

Crafted from premium, medical-grade, heat-resistant materials, this mouthpiece is built to withstand high temperatures and frequent usage. The threaded screw-in design is precision-engineered to fit perfectly onto compatible glass stems without stripping the threads. Its sleek, matte black finish offers a comfortable lip feel and integrates seamlessly with the aesthetic of your Arizer setup. This is an authentic OEM Arizer part, ensuring superior durability compared to cheap aftermarket alternatives.

How to Use & Maintenance

1. Thread the black mouthpiece tip clockwise onto your compatible Arizer Short-Tip Glass Aroma Tube (60mm or 75mm) until secure. Do not overtighten.
2. Pack your herb chamber at the base of the glass tube as per standard Arizer guidelines.
3. Insert the glass tube assembly into your heated Arizer vaporizer.
4. To clean, unscrew the mouthpiece from the glass stem. Soak the glass stem in isopropyl alcohol, and wipe the mouthpiece tip with an isopropyl alcohol wipe or rinse with warm soapy water. Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling.
