Basket Screens

Key Features & Vapor Performance

These Preformed Basket Screens are engineered to optimize your vaporizer's airflow dynamics. By maintaining a structured barrier between your dry herb and the vapor path, they prevent fine particles from passing through while allowing convection heat to distribute evenly. This results in consistent vaporization, denser clouds, and pure flavor retention. Available in both Deep (11mm) and Shallow (5.5mm) configurations, they allow you to customize your chamber capacity to suit your personal vaping style.

Build Quality & Ergonomics

Crafted from premium, food-grade stainless steel, these screens are highly durable and resistant to heat degradation. Unlike flat screens that warp and lose shape over time, the preformed basket design retains its structural integrity even under high temperatures. The precise 12mm diameter fits snugly inside compatible glass stems and adapters, preventing slipping or shifting during your session. Perfect for enthusiasts who demand purity, these 12mm stainless steel basket screens from ZVaporizer Australia fit seamlessly into your daily rotation.

How to Use & Maintenance

1. Select and Insert: Choose the Shallow basket for microdosing or the Deep basket for larger herb capacity, then press it gently into your 12mm vaporizer stem or glass adapter.
2. Pack Your Herb: Fill the basket screen with your preferred dry herb. Avoid over-packing to ensure optimal convection airflow.
3. Enjoy the Session: Attach the stem to your dry herb vaporizer, set your desired temperature, and draw slowly for rich, clean vapor.
4. Cleaning & Care: To maintain optimal airflow, regularly soak the basket screens in isopropyl alcohol to dissolve residue, then rinse thoroughly with warm water and dry before reuse.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose between the Deep and Shallow basket screens?

The Shallow screen (5.5mm tall) is ideal for smaller, more efficient microdosing sessions, while the Deep screen (11mm tall) is designed for packing larger amounts of herb for extended sessions.

How often should I clean or replace these basket screens?

For the best flavor and unrestricted airflow, we recommend cleaning your screens with isopropyl alcohol every few sessions. Replace them once the mesh becomes permanently clogged or starts to degrade.
