Mighty/Crafty Screen Set

Key Features & Vapor Performance

Your vapor quality relies heavily on clean, unobstructed airflow. The Mighty/Crafty Screen Set features two distinct mesh designs engineered to optimize your vaping experience. The upper coarse screens prevent fine herb particles from entering the cooling unit, ensuring clean, debris-free vapor without restricting the draw. Meanwhile, the lower normal screens provide a solid base inside the filling chamber, maintaining even heat distribution and maximum vapor density during convection and conduction heating. Replacing your screens regularly is the easiest way to restore the crisp, pure flavor profile of your dry herbs.

Build Quality & Ergonomics

Manufactured by Storz & Bickel to exacting medical-grade standards, these replacement screens are crafted from high-grade stainless steel. They are designed to withstand extreme temperatures without degrading, warping, or releasing off-gasses. Each 15 mm screen is precision-cut to fit perfectly inside the Mighty or Crafty heating chamber and cooling unit cap, ensuring a snug, secure fit that prevents herb bypass. These durable screens are built to handle regular heat cycles and routine cleanings with ease.

How to Use & Maintenance

Replacing and maintaining your screens is straightforward and ensures your device operates at peak efficiency. Follow these simple steps:

1. Remove the Old Screen: Use the chamber tool included with your vaporizer to gently push out the old, clogged screen from the cooling unit or filling chamber.
2. Clean the Area: Wipe down the screen seating area with isopropyl alcohol to remove any sticky resin buildup before inserting the new screen.
3. Install the New Screen: Place the new 15 mm screen (coarse mesh for the cooling unit, normal mesh for the filling chamber) into position and press it down gently using the chamber tool until it sits flat and secure.
4. Regular Cleaning: To extend the life of your screens, brush them off after every session using a cleaning brush.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I replace the screens in my Mighty or Crafty?

For moderate users, we recommend replacing the screens every 1 to 2 months, or whenever you notice a significant restriction in airflow or a persistent burnt taste that cleaning cannot resolve.

Can these screens be cleaned and reused?

Yes, you can soak the screens in isopropyl alcohol to remove stubborn residue. However, once the mesh becomes warped, frayed, or permanently clogged, it is time to replace them with a fresh screen from this set.
