Premium Grinding for Exceptional Vapor Quality

The RAW Hammer Craft Large Aluminium Grinder (60mm) is the ultimate companion for dry herb enthusiasts seeking a premium, effortless prep experience. Born from an authentic collaboration between RAW and Hammer Craft, this heavy-duty 4-piece grinder is engineered to deliver a consistently fluffy grind, maximizing the surface area of your herbs for optimal vaporization. It is ideal for those who value durability, precision, and peak vapor quality.

Key Features & Vapor Performance

Achieving the perfect grind is critical for dry herb vaporizers, and the RAW Hammer Craft Grinder delivers exactly that. Its razor-sharp, diamond-cut teeth are strategically positioned to shred through dense herbs without tearing, preserving essential terpenes. A fluffy, even grind allows for unrestricted airflow and consistent heat distribution, resulting in dense clouds and pure flavor when paired with devices from ZVaporizer Australia. The integrated fine-mesh screen ensures only the purest pollen filters down into the bottom collection chamber, saving your materials for special sessions.

Build Quality & Ergonomics

Crafted from premium aircraft-grade aluminium, this 60mm grinder feels incredibly robust yet lightweight in the hand. The exterior knurling provides an ergonomic grip, making it easy to turn even when packed with sticky material. A powerful magnetic lid keeps the top chamber securely locked, preventing spills if dropped. Precision-machined threads allow the lower chambers of this 4-piece unit to glide together smoothly, ensuring a tight, reliable seal that contains odors and preserves freshness.

How to Use & Maintenance

1. Access the grinding chamber by removing the magnetic top lid.
2. Place your moderately broken-down herbs between the diamond-cut teeth, avoiding the center magnet.
3. Replace the lid and rotate it back and forth several times until the resistance drops, indicating a complete grind.
4. Unscrew the middle chamber to access your fluffy, perfectly prepped material.
5. Periodically clean the teeth and screen using isopropyl alcohol and a small brush from our collection of vaporizer parts and accessories to maintain smooth rotation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is a 4-piece grinder better than a 2-piece grinder?

A 4-piece grinder separates your material into three distinct chambers. It grinds the herb, filters and stores the ground material in the middle chamber, and collects fine pollen through a mesh screen in the bottom chamber, offering maximum versatility and material conservation.

How often should I clean my RAW Hammer Craft Grinder?

For optimal performance, we recommend cleaning your grinder every few weeks or when you notice resistance while turning. Simply soak the disassembled pieces in isopropyl alcohol, rinse with warm water, and dry thoroughly.
