Key Features & Vapor Performance

The Simrell Vortex Stem is engineered to deliver incredibly smooth, cool draws. At the heart of its performance is the unique offset airport. By angling the intake air to the side of the internal condenser tube, it generates a high-velocity vortex airflow pattern. This vortex actively cools the vapor as it travels through the stem, pulling heat away before it reaches your lips. When paired with portable vaporizers and DynaVap components, it provides unmatched flavor preservation, dense cloud production, and throat-soothing comfort.

Build Quality & Ergonomics

Meticulously hand-crafted from rare African Blackwood—an exotic timber prized for over 5,000 years for its durability and rich grain—this ZV Edition stem feels as luxurious as a high-end fountain pen. The torpedo-shaped silhouette sits naturally in your hand and offers an ergonomic lip seal. To ensure lifelong durability, the interior is fully lined with a medical-grade titanium insert, preventing wood expansion and protecting the pristine flavor of your dry herbs.

How to Use & Maintenance

Assembly: Insert your favorite DynaVap heating tip and condenser into the Simrell Vortex Stem. Ensure the O-rings are lubricated for a snug, secure fit.
Airflow Tuning: Cover the offset airport during your draw to build thick vapor, or leave it partially open to allow the vortex airflow to naturally cool the vapor.
Cleaning the Exterior: Wipe down the African Blackwood body with a dry microfibre cloth. Avoid soaking the wood in liquids to preserve its natural oils.
Cleaning the Interior: Periodically remove the internal titanium liner and condenser, and clean them with isopropyl alcohol to maintain peak flavor.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this stem compatible with all DynaVap parts?

Yes, the Simrell Vortex Stem is designed to fit standard DynaVap heating tips and accessories, making it a highly versatile upgrade for your modular setup.

How do I care for the African Blackwood exterior?

To keep the wood looking beautiful, avoid soaking the stem in water or alcohol. Simply wipe the wood with a damp cloth or apply a tiny amount of natural wood wax occasionally to maintain its luster.

Does it require a condenser to work?

The stem is fully lined with a titanium insert which acts as the vapor path, but pairing it with a condenser (such as the Simrell Stinger) provides the ultimate cooling performance.
