Storz & Bickel Screen Set Fine (For Plenty & Volcano)

Key Features & Vapor Performance

The Storz & Bickel Screen Set Fine is designed to optimize vapor filtration without restricting airflow. Standard screens can allow microscopic particles of finely ground herbs or powdered materials to pass through the filling chamber, clogging the upper screen and compromising vapor density. These fine-mesh screens act as a strict barrier, preserving the pure flavor profiles of your botanicals. By integrating these OEM screens into your Volcano or Plenty chamber, you ensure clean, dense clouds and protect your vapor path from debris buildup.

Build Quality & Ergonomics

Crafted to the exacting standards that Storz & Bickel is famous for, these 30 mm (Ø 30 mm) screens are manufactured from premium, food-grade stainless steel. They are highly durable, heat-resistant, and chemically inert, meaning they will not alter the taste of your vapor even at maximum temperatures. The precise circular cut ensures a perfect, snug fit inside the filling chambers of both the Volcano and the Plenty, preventing any loose edges that could lead to bypass.

How to Use & Maintenance

Replacing your screens is a crucial part of desktop vaporizer maintenance. Follow these simple steps to swap out your old screens:

1. Ensure your Volcano or Plenty filling chamber is completely cool to the touch.
2. Use the Storz & Bickel cleaning brush or a small tool to gently push the old, clogged screen out of the chamber cap or housing.
3. Take a fresh fine screen from the pack and press it firmly into the chamber, ensuring it sits flat and snug against the edges.
4. To clean, soak used screens in isopropyl alcohol for a few minutes to dissolve residue, rinse with warm water, and dry completely before reuse.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I replace the screens in my Volcano or Plenty?

For optimal flavor and airflow, we recommend replacing your screens every 2 to 4 weeks depending on usage frequency, or whenever you notice restricted airflow and sticky residue buildup that cannot be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol.

Can I use these fine screens with regular, coarsely ground herbs?

Yes! While these fine screens are specifically engineered to prevent powdered materials from passing through, they work exceptionally well with standard coarse grinds to keep your vapor path completely debris-free.
