The Tinymight 2 Mesh Sieve for Cooling Unit is an essential OEM replacement part designed to keep your portable vaporizer performing at its absolute peak. Ideal for flavor purists and daily vapers, these precision-engineered 11mm screens prevent fine herb particles from entering your vapor path. Ensure your sessions remain clean, smooth, and highly efficient by sourcing your authentic parts directly from ZVaporizer Australia with fast domestic shipping.

Key Features & Vapor Performance

A clean vapor path is critical to experiencing the full convection power of your Tinymight. Over time, original screens collect sticky residue and fine botanical dust, which restricts the airflow and compromises flavor purity. These premium 11mm mesh sieves restore the unrestricted, open draw that the Tinymight series is famous for. By trapping particulate matter before it reaches your mouthpiece, they ensure clean, dense, and incredibly flavorful clouds with every single draw.

Build Quality & Ergonomics

Crafted from medical-grade stainless steel, these mesh sieves are engineered to withstand high thermal environments without degrading. The precise 11mm diameter ensures a snug, friction-fit inside the Tinymight cooling chamber, preventing any bypass of hot air or loose herb. They are highly durable, resistant to warping, and built to survive multiple deep cleans, making them a highly cost-effective addition to your vaporizer parts & accessories toolkit.

How to Use & Maintenance

1. Disassemble the Cooling Unit: Carefully unscrew your Tinymight cooling unit to access the internal chamber where the screen sits.
2. Remove the Old Screen: Use a small tool or pin to gently pop out the worn or clogged mesh sieve.
3. Insert the New Sieve: Align the new 11mm screen flat and press it firmly into place, ensuring a flush fit against the walls.
4. Regular Cleaning: To extend the life of your screens, submerge them in isopropyl alcohol for 10-15 minutes to dissolve buildup, rinse with warm water, and dry completely before re-inserting.
