Vapman Concentrate & Microdosing Screen

The genuine Vapman Concentrate & Microdosing Screen 2-Pack is the ultimate multi-functional upgrade for your Vapman setup, available now at ZVaporizer Australia. Designed for enthusiasts who demand versatility, this official accessory seamlessly transforms your dry herb device into a powerful concentrate vaporizer, while also enabling precise microdosing down to 0.001g. Whether you want to enjoy solventless extracts or conserve your premium dry herbs, this premium Swiss-designed mesh insert optimizes heat distribution and keeps your heating chamber spotless.

Key Features & Vapor Performance

The Vapman Concentrate & Microdosing Screen is engineered to maximize the thermal efficiency of the Vapman's signature copper heating chamber. When vaporizing concentrates, the thick, premium metallic mesh provides an optimal level surface area. This design promotes even heat distribution, preventing hot spots and ensuring your extracts vaporize cleanly without pooling or burning. The result is exceptionally pure, terpene-rich vapor with impressive cloud density. For dry herb users, inserting this screen shrinks the chamber volume, allowing you to vaporize minuscule microdoses perfectly without sacrificing airflow or vapor quality.

Build Quality & Ergonomics

As an official accessory, this screen is manufactured to the highest standards of precision. Crafted from heavy-duty, medical-grade metallic mesh, it is built to withstand the high temperatures required for concentrate vaporization. The central cutout is meticulously sized to fit snugly over the Vapman's central copper rod, ensuring a secure, wobble-free fit inside the bowl. This robust construction ensures the screen retains its shape over multiple uses and cleaning cycles, making it a highly durable addition to your collection of vaporizer parts and accessories.

How to Use & Maintenance

1. Installation: Gently push the center hole of the screen over the central copper rod of the Vapman bowl until it sits flat and secure at the bottom.
2. Loading Concentrates: Place a small piece of concentrate (roughly half the size of a grain of rice) halfway between the center copper rod and the outer edge of the screen.
3. Microdosing Dry Herbs: If microdosing, simply sprinkle a tiny amount of ground herb (down to 0.001g) evenly across the top of the screen.
4. Heating & Inhalation: Follow the standard Vapman heating cycle (typically heating for 3 seconds on, 3 seconds off, repeated three times) and inhale gently. Adjust your torch timing to find your perfect temperature sweet spot.
5. Cleaning: To maintain pristine flavor, remove the screen and soak it in isopropyl alcohol (ISO) to dissolve any residue, then rinse thoroughly with warm water and dry before reinstalling.
