Volcano Solid Valve Liquid Pad Set

Key Features & Vapor Performance

The Volcano Solid Valve Liquid Pad Set is designed to facilitate the seamless vaporisation of low and high-viscosity liquids. By utilizing a dense matrix of high-quality stainless steel wire, these pads multiply the available surface area. This physical expansion allows your concentrates to spread evenly, ensuring uniform heat distribution and preventing pooling or dripping. When hot air passes through the Solid Valve chamber, the liquid is vaporised efficiently, yielding exceptionally pure flavor profile, rich cloud density, and zero waste.

Build Quality & Ergonomics

Storz & Bickel maintains its reputation for medical-grade engineering with these liquid pads. Crafted entirely from premium, high-temperature resistant stainless steel, each pad features a precise 24 mm diameter tailored exclusively for the Volcano Solid Valve system. The woven wire structure is robust yet flexible, maintaining its shape under high heat and repeated use. This precise fit prevents bypass airflow, forcing all convection heat directly through your concentrates for optimal extraction.

How to Use & Maintenance

1. Preparation: Ensure your Solid Valve filling chamber is clean and free of dry herb residue.
2. Application: Apply a few drops of your chosen liquid or oil directly onto the center of the liquid pad. Allow it to absorb into the steel mesh; do not over-saturate.
3. Chamber Placement: Place the loaded liquid pad into the Solid Valve filling chamber, ensuring a snug, flat fit.
4. Vaporisation: Set your Volcano to your desired temperature (typically higher for concentrates, around 190°C to 215°C) and activate the fan to fill your balloon.
5. Cleaning: For optimal longevity, remove the pad while warm and soak it in isopropyl alcohol (available in our vaporizer parts & accessories collection) to dissolve residue, then rinse with warm water and dry completely.
