Build Quality & Ergonomics

Crafted directly by XMAX as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) part, this metal pad guarantees a flawless fit inside the Starry heating chamber. It is constructed from premium, medical-grade, heat-resistant metal designed to withstand high vaporization temperatures without degrading or altering the taste of your concentrates. Its precise density ensures optimal airflow, preventing concentrates from leaking directly into the heating element below.

How to Use & Maintenance

1. Insert the Pad: Place the metal pad flat at the bottom of your XMAX Starry ceramic chamber.
2. Load a Small Amount: Apply a very small amount of solid concentrate or wax directly onto the center of the pad. Warning: Do not overfill, as liquid run-off can damage the heater.
3. Set Temperature: Power on your device and set it to your desired higher temperature range suitable for concentrates.
4. Inhale Gently: Draw slowly to allow the concentrate to heat up and vaporize evenly.
5. Cleaning: After the device cools, remove the pad and soak it in isopropyl alcohol to dissolve residue, ensuring it is completely dry before the next use.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this pad compatible with liquid concentrates?

No, this pad is strictly designed for waxes and solid concentrates. Using liquid concentrates may cause them to leak into the heating chamber, which can permanently damage your vaporizer and void its warranty.

How often should I clean the metal pad?

For the best flavor and consistent airflow, we recommend cleaning the pad after every few sessions or when you notice a buildup of residue. Simply soak it in isopropyl alcohol and rinse with warm water.
