Zirconia Ceramic Spacers for DaVinci IQ2, IQC

Key Features & Vapor Performance

Using these spacers alters the heating dynamics of your DaVinci vaporizer for the better when working with smaller loads. By reducing the physical volume of the oven, the zirconia spacers ensure your dry herbs remain tightly packed, which is essential for conduction heating. This tight pack maximizes contact area, leading to denser clouds and highly efficient extraction. Because zirconia ceramic possesses the chemical purity of borosilicate glass, it does not leach any metallic or synthetic tastes into your vapor path, ensuring pristine flavor retention and clean, flavorful draws.

Build Quality & Ergonomics

Crafted from premium medical-grade zirconia ceramic, these spacers boast incredible thermal resistance and physical durability. Unlike standard glass parts that can easily crack under thermal stress or accidental drops, zirconia ceramic is exceptionally rugged and built to last. These spacers are manufactured to the exact tolerances of the DaVinci IQ2 and IQC ovens, ensuring a perfect fit that slides in and out smoothly. They are the exact same material used in DaVinci’s renowned Flavor Chamber, offering unmatched thermal stability.

How to Use & Maintenance

Getting the perfect microdose session with your DaVinci device is straightforward. Follow these simple steps to use and maintain your ceramic spacers:

1. Load the Oven: Fill your DaVinci IQ2 or IQC oven with a smaller amount of dry herb than usual.
2. Insert the Spacer: Place either the 5mm (takes up ~1/3 of the oven) or 10mm (takes up ~1/2 of the oven) spacer directly on top of the loaded herb.
3. Pack and Close: Gently press the spacer down to ensure a tight pack, then close the oven lid. You can use these with or without the adjustable Pearl.
4. Clean Regularly: To maintain pure flavor, occasionally soak the spacers in isopropyl alcohol, wipe clean, and dry thoroughly before reinserting.
