Lotus Restore Kit

Is your beloved Lotus Vaporizer losing its signature performance and clean flavor? The Lotus Restore Kit is the ultimate all-in-one OEM maintenance package, available at ZVaporizer Australia to bring your device back to life. Ideal for dedicated vaporists who refuse to compromise on vapor quality, this kit replaces worn components to ensure perfect heat transfer and smooth, clean draws every time you use it.

Key Features & Vapor Performance

Over time, regular vaporization sessions can lead to residue buildup and minor wear on your device's heat-retention components. The Lotus Restore Kit addresses this by providing a brand-new medical-grade hotplate and high-flow oven screen. Replacing these components immediately restores the rapid heat dynamics and pure convection airflow that the Lotus is famous for. You will notice an instant improvement in cloud density, flavor accuracy, and overall heating efficiency.

Build Quality & Ergonomics

As an official OEM accessory, every component in this maintenance kit is engineered to meet the exact tolerances of your original device. The replacement hotplate is crafted from highly durable, heat-resistant metal designed to withstand intense torch temperatures. The precision-mesh oven screen and surgical-grade screws offer seamless integration, ensuring your vaporizer maintains its premium hand feel and structural integrity. The included custom wrench makes handling these small parts incredibly easy, preventing any accidental damage during the rebuild process.

How to Use & Maintenance

1. Disassemble: Use the provided custom installation wrench to gently unscrew the old mounting screws from the top cap.
2. Replace the Hotplate & Screen: Remove the worn hotplate and oven screen, then align the fresh replacements from the kit.
3. Secure: Fasten the three new precision screws using the wrench, ensuring a snug fit without over-tightening.
4. Swap O-Rings: Carefully remove the old O-rings from the vapor path and roll the new, heat-resistant O-rings into place for a perfect, leak-free seal.
5. Clean: Wipe down all metal parts with isopropyl alcohol before your first session to ensure a completely sterile vapor path.
