Description

Upgrade your dry herb vaping experience with these premium Rimmed Basket Screens. Specifically engineered to act as a secure barrier, these high-quality replacement screens keep your herbs perfectly in place inside compatible stems and glass elbow adapters. Ideal for enthusiasts seeking cleaner vapor paths, minimal debris, and consistent airflow, they are an essential accessory for maintaining the peak performance and longevity of your favorite dry herb vaporizers from ZVaporizer Australia.

Key Features & Vapor Performance

Maintaining a clean, debris-free vapor path is crucial for pure flavor and optimal cloud density. These Rimmed Basket Screens are designed with a high-density micro-mesh that blocks fine herbal particles without restricting your draw. By keeping your herbs compacted and positioned correctly within the heating zone, they facilitate even heat distribution and convection flow. This results in consistent vaporization, smoother draws, and richer flavor profiles from your dry herbs.

Build Quality & Ergonomics

Crafted from premium, heat-resistant stainless steel mesh, these basket screens are built to withstand high temperatures and regular cleaning cycles. The standout engineering feature is the reinforced rimmed edge. Unlike standard flat screens that warp or slip, the rigid 16mm rim holds its shape under pressure, ensuring a snug, friction-fit placement inside your stems or glass adapters. With a basket diameter of 12.70mm and a depth of 8mm, they provide ample chamber capacity while keeping your setup clean. Explore our full range of high-quality vaporizer parts and accessories to keep your sessions running smoothly.

How to Use & Maintenance

Insertion: Gently press the Rimmed Basket Screen into your compatible glass stem or elbow adapter until the rimmed edge sits flush and secure.
Loading: Pack your ground dry herbs directly into the basket. Avoid over-tightening to ensure optimal convection airflow.
Vaping: Draw smoothly and enjoy a clean, debris-free vapor path.
Cleaning: For routine maintenance, remove the screen and soak it in isopropyl alcohol (ISO) for a few minutes to dissolve residue. Rinse with warm water and dry thoroughly before re-inserting.

Frequently Asked Questions

What vaporizers are these Rimmed Basket Screens compatible with?

These basket screens are highly versatile and compatible with a wide range of dry herb vaporizers, glass stems, and 18mm/14mm glass elbow adapters. Please check your device's stem dimensions against the 16mm rim and 12.7mm basket diameter to ensure a perfect fit.

How often should I clean or replace my basket screens?

For the best flavor and unrestricted airflow, we recommend soaking your screens in isopropyl alcohol once a week or whenever you notice a restricted draw. Replace the screen if the mesh becomes permanently clogged, torn, or loses its shape.
