Description

The Sai Top Airflow Cap is the ultimate performance upgrade for your standard Sai Atomizer. Designed specifically for concentrate enthusiasts looking to elevate their sessions, this premium top cap unlocks compatibility with the latest Sai bucket coils, including titanium and quartz. Ideal for vapers seeking a spill-free, highly efficient top airflow configuration, it delivers cooler, cleaner, and significantly more flavorful draws with every use.

Key Features & Vapor Performance

Upgrading to the Sai Top Airflow Cap completely transforms how your atomizer vaporizes concentrates. By redirecting the air intake from the bottom to the top, it channels fresh air directly onto the heated bucket surface. This dynamic airflow pattern ensures maximum heat transfer, resulting in thick, milky clouds without any hot spots. Additionally, this design virtually eliminates leaking, as there are no bottom air holes for melted concentrates to escape through. If you are looking to customize your setup further, make sure to browse our full selection of vaporizer parts and accessories to find compatible bucket coils and replacement O-rings.

Build Quality & Ergonomics

Crafted with precision engineering, the Sai Top Airflow Cap is available in three premium finishes: medical-grade Stainless Steel, lightweight and ultra-durable Titanium, and a sleek Black coating. Each option features knurled grip detailing at the top, making it exceptionally easy to adjust your airflow on the fly or remove the cap for quick reloading. The high-temperature resistant O-rings ensure a snug, airtight fit onto your existing Sai base, preventing any vapor leakage while maintaining a sleek, low-profile aesthetic.

How to Use & Maintenance

Installation: Remove your original Sai top cap and ensure your O-rings are lightly lubricated. Press the Sai Top Airflow Cap firmly onto the base.
Coil Setup: Ensure you have a compatible bucket coil installed in your base, as this cap is optimized for top-down heating.
Airflow Adjustment: Twist the top cap ring to open or close the dual airflow slots to match your preferred draw resistance.
Cleaning: Disassemble the cap and soak the metal components in isopropyl alcohol for 10-15 minutes. Wipe down the O-rings with a damp cloth and allow all parts to dry completely before reassembly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this top cap work with standard wire coils?

While the Sai Top Airflow Cap is specifically engineered to enable the use of bucket coils (which require top-down airflow to vaporize efficiently), it can also be used with traditional exposed wire coils by adjusting the airflow to your liking. However, for the best performance, bucket coils are highly recommended.

How often should I clean the airflow cap?

To maintain smooth adjustability and pure flavor, we recommend wiping the inside of the cap with an isopropyl alcohol wipe after every few sessions. A deep soak is recommended every 1-2 weeks depending on usage.
