Storz & Bickel - VEAZY Seal Ring Set

Key Features & Vapor Performance

A perfect seal is the backbone of exceptional vapor quality. The Storz & Bickel VEAZY Seal Ring Set restores the airtight chamber integrity necessary for optimal thermal dynamics. When your seals are worn, cold air dilutes your vapor, reducing cloud density and thinning out the rich terpenes. By replacing your old O-rings and chamber seals, you prevent leaks, maintain consistent airflow, and ensure your dry herbs are heated evenly. This simple maintenance routine guarantees that every draw delivers the pure, dense flavor you expect from your premium vaporizer.

Build Quality & Engineering

Crafted to the legendary standards of Storz & Bickel, each component in this maintenance kit is engineered for extreme durability and thermal resistance. Made from premium, food-safe, medical-grade silicone and high-grade polymers, these seals are built to withstand the rigorous temperatures of convection and conduction heating without off-gassing. The precise tolerances of the O-rings (Ø9 x 1.5 mm) and base seals ensure a snug, tool-free fit that mirrors the original factory assembly, keeping your device running smoothly for the long haul.

How to Use & Maintenance

1. Disassemble: Gently remove the worn seals, O-rings, and the old rotary cap from your VEAZY device.
2. Clean: Use a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol from a vaporizer parts and accessories cleaning kit to wipe down the seating grooves and remove any sticky residue.
3. Install Seals: Carefully stretch and position the new Base Seal Rings and Filling Chamber Seal Rings into their respective grooves until they sit completely flat.
4. Replace O-Rings & Cap: Roll the new O-rings into place and snap on the fresh Rotary Cap to complete the refresh.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I replace my VEAZY seals?

For optimal performance, we recommend inspecting your seals every 3 to 6 months. If you notice a reduction in vapor density, physical wear, tearing, or difficulty maintaining a tight draw, it is time to install a fresh set from your VEAZY Seal Ring Set.

Can I clean these seal rings with isopropyl alcohol?

Yes, you can clean these high-grade silicone seals with isopropyl alcohol, but do not soak them for extended periods. A quick wipe down or rinse, followed by thoroughly drying them, is best to preserve their elasticity and lifespan.

Are these seals compatible with other Storz & Bickel vaporizers?
