Volcano Cleaning Brush Set

Keep Your Vaporizer Performing at Its Peak

Keep your Storz & Bickel desktop setup running in peak condition with the official Volcano Cleaning Brush Set. Essential for maintaining the purity of your vapor, this premium three-pack of brushes is designed to sweep away residual herb and fine particles from your filling chamber, screens, and accessories. It is the ideal maintenance tool for Volcano owners who demand absolute flavor clarity and unrestricted airflow from every session.

Key Features & Vapor Performance

A clean vaporizer is the secret to rich, dense clouds and uncompromised flavor. The Volcano Cleaning Brush Set allows you to easily maintain your device's heating chamber and screen system, preventing sticky residue build-up that restricts airflow. By regularly sweeping away spent botanicals, you ensure clean thermal conduction and convection, keeping your vapor tasting exactly as the manufacturer intended.

Build Quality & Ergonomics

Crafted to the exacting standards of Storz & Bickel, these brushes feature robust, natural bristles secured to a lightweight, ergonomic wooden handle. The natural bristles are firm enough to dislodge stubborn, fine particles from stainless steel screens, yet gentle enough to prevent micro-scratches on delicate chamber surfaces. The compact size of each brush ensures you can easily reach tight corners and narrow vapor paths.

How to Use & Maintenance

1. Cool Down: Always allow your vaporizer chamber and screens to cool completely before cleaning to avoid damaging the bristles.
2. Sweep Gently: Use short, firm strokes to clear herbal residue from the filling chamber, cap, and liquid pads.
3. Screen Maintenance: Gently brush both sides of the chamber screens to clear blocked holes and restore optimal airflow.
4. Brush Cleaning: Periodically clean the brush bristles by tapping them on a hard surface or rinsing with warm water (ensure they dry completely before next use). Do not soak the wooden handle in isopropyl alcohol.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I use the Volcano Cleaning Brush?

For the best vapor quality and airflow, we recommend giving your filling chamber and screens a quick brush after every session while the device is still slightly warm (but safe to touch) to prevent residue from sticking.

Can I use these brushes with other vaporizers?

Yes! While designed by Storz & Bickel, these versatile brushes are perfect for cleaning any dry herb vaporizer, grinder, or accessory available at ZVaporizer Australia.

Can I clean the brushes with isopropyl alcohol?

You can lightly dip the bristles in isopropyl alcohol to remove stubborn resin, but avoid submerging the wooden handle to prevent splitting. For replacement screens and other maintenance gear, check out our vaporizer parts & accessories collection.
